Is it just me or did Dean close up shop I can't get on his website and his number is now a fax line I have been tring to get a hold of him with no luck at all Like I said before I have a outstanding order and I am starting to think the worst.  |

I don't know the specifics of his operation, but I do know that his Internet access was completely severed a month or two back due to construction by his shop. His website is definitely offline and I don't have any idea why. His domain name, appliedrotortechnology.com was last modified on 4/28/03 and doesn't expire until May of 2004. It's almost like he's switched registrars for his domain name and they got something screwed up because the web address doesn't point to anything.
I called his number: 805-583-4624 and let it ring 7 times before I hung up -- no fax machine answered like others have mentioned. It is after business hours for him right now. What time have you folks been calling him?

I have been calling him at all times of the day. There is no excuse for the way he has been conducting his transaction with me. I really hope this guy is just a slacker and not a crook. I went with him because of all the good reviews you guys here gave him has anyone had any problems with this guy?? |

I spoke with Dean Today and yes he has taken all of your money and made for the hills. Just messing with you all. He had to leave town for a week and yes his website has been down. I am in the same shoes waiting for an order and he said it should be shipping tomorrow. So give him a try now and you should get through. |

Good luck all. I placed an order with Dean back on like April 6th or 7th. Back then he told me there was a 10-12 day back log as well. Well, it's been a month and I'm still getting that free brake pedal massage.  |
