I was coming home tonight and someone ran into me. I was in the left lane and he was in the right. I guess he wanted the right because he moved ove into me. My front bumper was at his side mirror so i do not know how he did not see me or he thought i would just move. Well all i got out of it was paint on my tire. He had a tarus. My super swamper TSLs tore his body trim off and gave him tire circles like in nascar. He had the nerv to say he don't know why people drive things that big. Laughing i pointed at hes car and said thats why. He told the cop he could not see me. I guess he could not hear the swampers roaring at 60 next to his head either. Oh well. i guess the paint on the tire will wear off.

For as big as Excursions are, it's amazing that people aren't able to avoid them. Mine's been hit three times while parked. Can't believe he gave you an attitude, but I guess it figures, it's always the other person's fault, right?

At least he got a Nascar paint job out of the deal.

Well, at least I am not the only one!

So far, I have only been ALMOST rear-ended twice in the 'X'.

I was rear-ended in my 95 Burb 3 times and side-swiped twice in the
7 years I dorve it. Out of the 3 rear run-in's, bumper held-up great!

Gotta love the trucks!!!

My Ex was in the shop for seven weeks when I was rearended. The longer it was in there the more the bill went up It started at 8000 and jumped to 14000 before I got it back. When I got it back of course it needed to go back in for some small details but, before I could get it back in, it was broken into. They fished out my neg. battery wire from my hood and fender with my antenna and cut the power. And with that, cut the power to my alarm They also went under the truck and cut the starter wires and some vacuum lines. The whole wire harness needs to be replaced so it can run , so it can go back to the body shop for a week or so. Then to top it all off my insurance company won't cover aftermarket stereos.
