This is no "Police Interceptor chip". The Police Interceptors have a different ECM that adjusts shift points and, I believe, air and fuel measurements.
If this is what you want, you can pick one up on ebay or at a salvage yard.
If you want a chip for more performance, then many Vic owners recommend this site:
