If you roll your mouse over the "img" button above the area where you post your message, it'll tell you the proper syntax for posting a picture. Otherwise, follow these steps:

1.) Click on the "Img" button

2.) Paste in the URL to your image online

3.) Click the "Img" button again

That's it!
