Hi Chris;
Nice car I once worked on a Torino GT 390 with some friends. Great car, ours was dark green and also a fastback. I read somewhere that the Torino fastback was one of the most aerodynamicaly slippery cars for it's day. Ours went like a scalded dog!

Welcome Chris,
The very first NEW car I every bought was a 1969 Ford Torino GT with a formal roof line (not fastback) I bought it because every body and their brother had a fastback and I always wanted to have something different. It was Wimbledon White (roof) over Aquamarina Blue. It had a white racineg stripe down each side towards the bottom that really made it look sharp. The 351 Cleveland came stock with a four barrel carb. Automatic transmission (C4). It was a really nice car. I hope you have as much fun with your '68. If I can give you any help just email me that's why I joined this site as I love all things FORD.
