My god, has anyone been following the development of the 2005 Mustang? What a gorgeous machine. I've been eagerly awaiting the day when my truck is paid off and I can once again own a Mustang, and it appears Ford is falling right in line with my timeline. In two short years, I shall be the proud owner of a 2005 Cobra. Mmmmm... 400 horsepower.

Read more about it.

Well, I stopped by my local Ford dealer last week... apparently they're talking about bringing the Cobra to 410-420 horsepower and 400ft-lbs torque. The Cobra will have optional 18" rims, and the optional 1000-watt stereo with 2 10" subs. Oh, and the beautiful T-56 6-speed tranny.

Anyway, the salesman said to feel free to stop back in September and place my order. Best believe I'll be there September 1

I am personally rooting for the 590 HP V10 Ford 427 Concept:

What a great family car it'd make.

Well, she looks great, Now put a 5.4L DOHC in her and she would fly with that motor alone then add a Supercharge 7-10 Boost, with O-Ring Block, oooooooooooooo, now we are talking.

What would the gear ratio be, mmmmm, lets see (3.73) sounds great, so you could slip some 29" slicks on her at the track, with that 6 speed tanny (What is the gear ratios in this 6 speed) forgot?.

I would hope of all things too, that the computer would have a reprogrammable eeprom so all you would have to do is plug a (Hand Held Programmer in and attach it somewhere in the dash), Now that would be (Plug and Play)- you know - you do not run the same at the track as you would on the street.

I'm Drooling all over her right now
