Tom,

I really like the tv's in the headrests. Did you do any of the install yourself? Can you please tell me what you can about the tv's in the headrests? How hard is it to do? Is it easy to use the factory seats or are you better off replacing them? Have you thought about installing an xbox or p2?

One of my friends installed the monitors, I wasn't there for the install. He told me it was fairly easy, the only problem they had was when they cut the holes in back of the seats, there was very little foam in there to work with. They had to use something called Poly Fill to pack it in ther nicely. I wish I could be more help to ya, but Im just learning myself. As far as componetry goes, you could check out www.clarion.com it might offer some help. I hear Alpine makes a sweet setup too when it comes to Mobile Video!

I know that there are many members on my Ford Truck World board with setups like this, you might want to search around over there too. www.fordtruckworld.com

Well, just in case you see this old thread again, I'd love to see the sub's in the Excursion. The pics are no longer available.

I may be about to replace my Expy with an Excursion and although not much, the Expy sound is actually pretty sweet. I wish the Excursion had a similar system or at least had a factory sub.
