On Thursday, February 16th, we rolled out the first of many new changes we will be implementing in the account management area of SuperMotors.net. The new changes available to all registered and paying users are as follows:
Inline Caption Editing
Previously, to edit photo, audio, or video captions within your album, you would click the [edit caption] link, a new window would pop up, you'd type your caption, click save, and the page would refresh. This was very time-consuming for album sections with many files. It also didn't provide an easy way to quickly edit multiple captions.
Now, caption editing is very much improved. Once you click [edit caption] you will see an "edit" field appear inline within the page -- no pop-up windows and no more page refreshes! This provides quick, easy, and efficient caption editing.
Caption Editing on Public-facing Pages
Every come across a photo, audio, or video file you've posted and realized that after looking at it within your registry you've made a typo or needed to correct the caption on the file? Previously, you had to hunt this photo down within My Garage. Now, as long as you are logged in and are the owner of the posted file, you can edit the caption of the file without having to go into My Garage. Just click the [edit caption] link!
