If a file is deleted from our server, it is gone for good. Please keep local copies of your pictures, sounds, and videos that you post on SuperMotors.
However:
We do perform remote site backups on a daily basis between 3AM-5AM Central Time, Sunday-Saturday. We may be able to recover a file if our daily backup has not yet run since the file was deleted.
If this happens to you, please contact us immediately via the support form and we will do our best to quickly recover the file.
