I'm new to SFO site but not to Fords. I was raised on GM and Fords weren't sh%$#%*&^)&t. There's one of the few areas my Dad was wrong in. My first Ford was a '57 T-bird. Sure wished I still had it too. Now, I love 'em all as long as they're American made. Hopefully, my signature will show my current Fords. I also have a Dodge one ton dually with a Cummins. It's name is BART (Big A$$ Red Truck). I'd rather had a Ford Crew cab with a power stroke but that's another story.
I keep the wife in a 91 Camaro Z28 (350/700R4/3.42 limited slip). When it goes down for maintence she gets to drive the '80 Corvette. She doesn't drive the Broncos, Dodge or Mach 1. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!
