1973 Ford Ranchero - the car had three of these cheezy 'Road hugger' tires on it, and a brand new Firestone Indy 500 with a cut in the sidewall, unfortunately 1973 Ford Ranchero - In front, I installed 18x7" Coy's C5, polished, with 4" backspacing, and Nexen 3000 225/40-ZR18 tires. 1973 Ford Ranchero - these were the aluminum slotted mags that came on the car, and the 18" wheel/tire that I am installing on the front end. 1973 Ford Ranchero - the front wheels are Coys C-5's, 18X7", 4" backspacing 1973 Ford Ranchero - I cut 1.5 coils off the front coil springs to get the car down 2" in the front. This was a bit too low, ride suffered and it dragged on eve… 1973 Ford Ranchero - front tires: 225/40-ZR18 NEXEN 3000 1973 Ford Ranchero - I heated the rear coils to lower the car 3" in the rear; it looked great but it ruined the ride, so I replaced them with stock rear coils. 1973 Ford Ranchero - In the rear, I installed 20X8.5" Coy's C5 polished wheels, 4" back spacing.
