This car was mine, I traded to to a friend who is doing a full restoration on it. I borrowed it back for a while to get molds for my sculpture. The sculpture illustrates why it was referred to as "The Bug" No other car had as much character or lasted longer in people's memories. |

Taking molds off my old 54 Beetle allowed me to create something new: the Bug. It is a life sized monumental piece in my Art Park (in progress). One of the first in a series, caled the Nikes.
