1999 Ford Crown Victoria - Back before I started. 1999 Ford Crown Victoria - Use a flat head carefully along the bottom of the middle part to pry it off moving slowly accross the bottom. 1999 Ford Crown Victoria - Eventually with a little pulling it will just pop right off. 1999 Ford Crown Victoria - Remove the carpet behind the taillights in the trunk and remove the nuts on these 3 screws to remove the tail lights. (an 11mm Wrench works) 1999 Ford Crown Victoria - Pull this from the outside while stuffing it through the from the inside and it will pop out.
