1970 Chevrolet Suburban Specs & Photos
The 1970 Chevrolet Suburban is part of the 1967-1972 C/K truck generation and used a three-door body layout, two front doors plus a single curbside rear door, with a choice of rear panel doors or a tailgate. Base power was the 250 cubic inch (4.1L) inline-six of about 155 gross horsepower, with the 292 cubic inch six and the 307 and 350 cubic inch (5.7L) V8s available; ratings this year are quoted in gross figures, as SAE net horsepower did not become the standard until 1972.
