The 1993 Lincoln Continental continued the front-wheel-drive generation with the 3.8 liter Essex V6 and four-speed automatic transaxle. Dual front airbags, standard since 1989, and anti-lock brakes came on every car, along with the four-corner air spring suspension. Executive and Signature trims made up the lineup.
