All the vacuum lines have been replaced with thick-walled (3mmIDx9mmOD) silicone tubing in the same colors as the factory used. I found them on ebay in the ~$1/ft range for colors, and ~$0.50/ft for black. I bought enough of each to do several vehicles.

I also replaced the rear single vacuum nipple (originally only for the brake booster) with a front vacuum tree to allow more vacuum-operated devices (if necessary). And I'm using a later plastic vacuum reservoir instead of the original coffee can. Obviously, I didn't need to reuse the union block at the back of the plenum, and I won't do that again. It's just more work, and wastes hose to route them that way (which was only done to make it easier on the assembly line). On all the other engines I've done, I routed them to use as little hose as possible.
