Painted and installed. It's actually pretty easy to mount up without the use of a jack (or helper) with the tow hooks off. It doesn't budge with just the bumper bolts through the tabs, not even fastened down.
This angle gives the best indication of ground clearance. The receiver sits slightly lower than the tow hooks.
