Bed/access panel brace bolted in place but not yet welded. I decided the brace needed gussets to be complete. But boy did they make it difficult to find an angle to work it into place! Good thing I didn't go wider than the 49" bed, otherwise I would have had to build it in place. That would have exceeded my physical abilities and possibly my skills, and would have been painstakingly slow to properly prep each stage (grind-weld-grind-Ospho-dry-paint-dry).

The top was painted prior to install. The bottom and sides will get painted after its welded in, as I didn't have enough dry weather time to stage that much.
