After smashing the drop brackets I decided to get rid of them. Here are a set of a 1979/80 F150 (Aussie). The angles where spot on for the lift. As you can tell, the Castor angles were crazy, so I have since installed 8 degree "c" bushes and the castor is pretty good now.
I have also cut heaps away from the front cross member, as it was interfearing with the diff. It now works great. Well worth the time and effort.
