The donor Diff. Supposed to be a 79 F150 D44. It has 2&3/4" diameter Tubes, solid to the Knuckles, not welded under the radius arm attachme… Owner
The TTB w/ARB air locker & 4.56 Ratios. All of this will bolt into the new diff. That the reason I didnt go for a D60. Saves me heaps of $$$ Owner

The Carrier with the 4.56:1 gears and ARB Air Locker. The Pinion retainer and end caps are a lot better design and quality. Owner
After destroying my 3rd 9" I decided to upgrade the Carrier to a 'Strange' high nodular iron/extra ribbing case. The Photos say it all, no… Owner
Have a look at the Pinion retainer, HUGE compared to a stock unit. Owner
The End caps are heaps bigger and also are cast with chrome-molly. Owner

Yep I found a snorkel that fits!! It is of a Nissan Patrol 2005 Ute. It is a SAFARI SNORKEL SS17HF from ARB Owner
It fits really well, only slight modification to the outside of the guard, to alow for a snug fit, but hey, you cut a massive hole in the s… Owner
This is the hard part, the snorkel end needed trimming down, to alow it to exit out of the side properly. Not much fun, but the end result… Owner
