This is what my door looked like after drilling the holes. the third screw that doesn't have a dimple to drill in still doesn't allow a screwdriver, so I drilled a little dimple out, too. After it was done, I covered it over with a small scrap of leftover dynamat.

This was done using a 5/8" bit, which perfectly accomodates the 3/8"s socket.
