If your original lockouts had 3 retaining screws, you will need the "conversion kit" which consists of replacement spindle nuts, washers, and locknuts. These instructions are from Warn, but they would be the same where ever you get the "kit" from. It is cheaper to simply by replacement spindle nuts from someplace like broncograveyard.com as apposed to purchasing a "kit" from Warn or one of the other manufacturers
