A shop-fabricated bare steel mounting bracket lying on wet exposed-aggregate concrete, made from two plates joined by a row of stacked-dime TIG welds with two large oval lightening holes and small bolt tabs at each end. The metal is unpainted with visible mill scale and grinder marks.
