I simply pushed the new pigtail terminals into the connector - I never removed the connector from the PCM, or the PCM from the dash. The far terminal (B7, my DG wire) is for 1360 RPM; the near (B8, my Pk wire) is for 1170 RPM. Grounding both produces a 1600 RPM idle.
