I picked up a Rough Country 12000 lb with sythentic line and cover from 4x4 Group Buy (http://www.4x4groupbuy.com) for a really reasonable price. Wireless remote included. Installation, including electrical and two trips to the hardware store the get the right drill bit took about 3 hours. Most of it was measuring and making a bolt pattern, plus a little trimming of my grill to keep the wires from getting kinked badly.
