The Hayabusa throttle bodies mounted, have installed bigger injectors and will make a cold air intake when body chassis etc are back together....

Because it took so long with the small grit blaster, I had to blast a bit then prime it, then blast some more the next day and prime it etc etc so that no surface rust would start....

Chassis looked terrible but once I cleaned it up a bit I found there was only minimal surface rust to blast off....

Having trouble getting the pattern right when installing new ring & pinion to the Dana 44. The ford 9" is a brilliant design, so easy to work on but the Dana is just plain poor design for servicing!...

After blasting I gave everything a coat or Wattyl PR250 then DTM985. These are marine coatings. Hopefuly this thing wont rust again in my lifetime...
