Replaced the original bench seat with a freshly reupholstered set of captains chairs from a 1980 Bronco!  Had to match them up with the bucket  seat mounts from a 79 Bronco...

Installing a Deaver Super-Flex coil springs with a 4" lift from BroncoGraveyard.  They better flex a lot because they are quite tall!  Unloaded they have raised the truck significantly more than 4 inches.  We will reserve judgement until the suspension has all of the weight on it....

Covered stripped frame with Chassis Saver.  This stuff seems to be awesome!  Looks like spray on black glass!  I am told it is virtually bullet proof.  Time will tell.... but I better not get any future rust....

Disassembly is completed and the media blasting started.  Used a water blasting with fi8nely crushed glass to keep heat down and minimize any warping that might occur.  would NOT recommend it to anyone.  Water is too forceful when under enough pressure to remove paint. Ended up warping the roof and had to replace the hood afterward....

Step 1:  had the top soda blaster as the blasting for the body would have been way too aggressive to use on fiberglass.  Side trim removed and the interior stripped out.  Ready for structural disassembly to begin...
