body modifications, rockabilly, pyschobilly, road trips, exploring ghost towns, DIY projects, workin on my Ranchero and Mercury Meteor. Im currently attending school in Diesel Technology. Next is welding, then bodyrepair, and then motorcycle mechanics school.
My goal is too restore old cars to factory spec. I just want to enjoy retirement when it comes by working on cars and selling them when im done. |

The conclusion we came to is that the guy who sold the ranchero to my friend had some things machined and put it back together himself...with no success. He probably had no idea what he was doing. The cam was shot and one of the rings had an inch gap..this would explain in part why i couldnt get it started. ... (Posted in: The Ranchero)
