The story

Police Interceptor that was owned by the U.S. State Department's Diplomatic Security Services.

Upgrades:
Dennis Reinhardt custom chip
Marauder MAF and airbox
2003 Zip tube
70mm FRPP Throttlebody
Ported upper plenum
1/2 inch intake spacer
Performance Improved (PI) intake
180 degree thermostat
Colder spark plugs
PI Cams
Installed tinted headlamps and cornerlamps
Replaced chrome bumper strips with 1999 black bumper strips.
Replaced chrome grille with 1999 black slotted grille and 2001 honeycomb grille.
Replaced rear fascia with 2001 gloss black fascia.
Replaced red/amber taillamps with 2001 solid red taillamps with black trim.
Tinted the taillamps and reverse lamps.
Rewired front corner marker lamps to act as turn signals and flashers.
Silver/amber turnsignal bulbs.
LED third brakelamp.
Illuminated all 4 door switches.
Steeda underdrive pulleys.
Ford premium AM/FM/CD player
Replaced factory police dome light with dual LED red/white dome light
Replaced stock open 3.27 diff with a 3.55 track-lock.
235/60/16 Dunlop Sport A2 tires
Replaced old, OEM hubcaps with an aftermarket set.
Centercaps and trimrings.
A-pillar mounted tachometer and voltometer.
Installed, wired, & illuminated floor and door courtesy lamps.
Fabricated and installed custom rear door courtesy lamps.
Installed driver and passenger side insulation panels.
Replaced push button traction control switch with a SPST flip switch.
Installed door mounted trunk release button, illuminated by a LED light.

ENS bushings and endlinks
Addco sway bars
Replace rear springs with 1.5" lowering springs and front springs with 2" lowering springs.
Black P71 door handles
Continue to wash, wax with Zaino, etc....to be the state's cleaniest Crown Victoria.
