Tailgate Traced wiring, found switch stuck in down position on hte dash. Put in middle position and back key switch work.

Gut the beast Took out all seats and carpet. Cleaned. Installed spray in bed liner though out.

Tail Gate Fix Replace tailgate swicth, still wont go up. Hooked battery up direct, window want up. tested volts 12.2 going up 12.2 going down. when hooked up to motor-12.2 going down, 5.3 going up???
maybe grounded some where or short or damaged wire, must trace wiring.
