For the wire, i ran it along the frame, following the fuel lines, then around under the cat and up the transfer case through the floor.

Definatly very clean and out of the way.

Here is the antenna out back. The 3ft is just about right with teh spring tilt base. Sticks out about 1'4" give or take.

Here it is tucked down. THe mount unscrews about 1 turn with a wing nut, and down it goes. Now i can go through parking garages and not worry.
