So I did the unthinkable and made a little access panel to get to the passenger roller with my dremel and a drill.

As you can see the passenger is not even visible because of the non removable cross beam support.

Before you start remove the driver side beam by removing the small phillips screw. Makes it easier to get things.

The window track removed from the window and the new roller put into its track. Not necessary to remove the track but just did to show that it fits without a problem.

Successfully removing the top of the old roller in order to drill it out.

I used a Dremel since I dont own a cutoff tool. So this and a drill to drill out the rivets.

The difficulty of the passenger side is there is no way to remove the cross beam.
