The Bronco has no recovery hooks, so I am adding two of these up front $6.50 each!

I picked this up at Ratshack,(under $2.00) I did not know what the rating on the original part was so I selected one that would blow before a fire would start yet stand up to the heat of soldering it in. you can see the temp rating in the pic.

I secured every thing with ty-wraps and had a beer............or two.

If you don't feel comfortable (or know what your doing) working with electricity don't do this. Go buy the new part.

I just get a kick out of making something dead, live agai...

The plug was toasted so I cut it off and used push on quick connects. Plugged it all in and tested . Now I have all my fan speeds!

I found the thermal fuse was blown too. Thats the gold looking cylinder with the pointed end. You can check it with a meter.

There was an un used crimp location next to the original part, I clip the old part off, stuck in the new and crimped it with pliers.
