If the disk has an expiration date, make sure your system time is set BEFORE the indicated date before attempting to access any data.

For '96-up DVDs, this is the introductory screen. The left panel is the Navigation Bar, including the expiration date near the top (Dec 03), dialogue menu (Technical Service Bulletins, Powertrain Controls/Emissions Diagnostics, Vehicle Emissions Controls Information), and the program's menu at the bottom. The divider bar includes the BACK and FORWARD arrows near the top, the 3 SHOW/HIDE arrows near the middle, and the DIALOGUE and PRINT buttons near the bottom. The right panel will display the home page, dialogue boxes, and data.
