I don't know exactly how long it sat to get this bad, but it makes me want to use fuel stabilizer more than I used to.

The header panel clipped the gold speaker wire for my RV mirror temperature sensor, and even though it went into the condenser core, it didn't rupture it. It's still getting replaced, though.

Fortunately, the bows are easier to remove than I expected. The foam isn't adhered to the roof except in a few small spots. They're only held in by 2 7/16" (11mm) bolts each.

After drilling, tapping, grinding, & sanding, I rinsed the tailhousing thoroughly with carb cleaner to remove any residue.

The threaded tip of the brass fitting must be cut after being fitted so that it does not protrude inside the bushing.

The sender uses a different terminal, so the connector will have to be changed.

The black connector above the silver sender is for the EVO Steering solenoid valve.

I installed Cruise Control by installing a new steering wheel and having the dealer re-program the PCM. Less than $200 total!!!
