Monsta look out, its heading your way. I have to say, I love my "X"!!! I have traveled in this mess for the last two days and the X doesn't miss a beat. I have not had a problem traveling in 2 feet of snow yet! I will send picture's later. Waiting for the governor to lift the driving ban now.

Does that mean you are heading down South?

We had some flurries here Saturday before last. They were about dime size and lasted maybe one hour. They melted when they hit the ground and the next day it was 65 and sunny. I love Texas winters. Today it is gorgeous - near 65 and nothing but blue sky.

There's a heat wave up here in MN, too! It was 20 degrees yesterday and it felt like spring time. I was ready to pull the Galaxie out of storage and go cruising with the top down. Can't wait for those 60-degree days...they're getting closer again.

Nope. West!

Come June, Ken (me) will be a resident of Hawaii once again!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm moving home to the Big Island of Hawaii. 7 winters was enough! Yes, I'm taking my truck.

Lotsa planning between now and then. I'll keep y'all informed. I'm drivin' my truck to Seattle to ship it from there (saves about $1500). I may be able to actually meet some of you guys along the way!

Not sure yet. Last time I did this a couple a years ago, I went the high road. I believe I went through/near your neck of the woods.

If I do, can we hook up!?

WOW!! That is That sounds like a great idea. You can probably sell the snow shovels. Is the Big Island friendly towards large SUVs regarding parking and general vehicular travel? That is one area where Texas shines - lots of room!

Are you still going to be a moderator here?

Monsta,

I would think you'd be taking I-90 to I-94 all the way to the "west side." That'll take you right through my neck of the woods. You mention sometime in June...that's a busy month for car shows, but we can make something work out!

Rick: Of course he'll remain a moderator!!
