I have seen no mention of in the posts that I have read...Has anyone installed a throttle body spacer on a v10 X? I have seen where they make claims that beside the power there is a 1-3 mpg pickup.

Marty,

What brand are you looking at? There are things out there, such as things called the "Tornado" which have been proven to be useless upgrades by several enthusiasts on the web (dyno-proven results). I personally would put the money towards air intake and exhaust on your V10, if you haven't already. 1-3 mpg improvement feels like a false claim, to me.

Just a tip, look at a kit that you can upgrade, such as the Volant, it can be upgraded to a true cold are intake, because the intake goes down out into cold ram air, not just under the hood, I LOVE the K&N, but Ive been looking at the Volant, just becuase of this feature. Just my penny!
