Eric... as I recall, didn't the very earliest Y2K Ex's had one rear brake in front of the axle and the other behind (or something like that... it was changed mid-year?). That's a good way to figure out how early in production your Ex is. Mine is the later Y2K model.

I have the original sticker for mine, a Limited with most of the options stickered at $47k and change. We bought it used with 45k miles in May of 2003 for $23k. I was sure glad that somebody else ate that $24k in depreciation in two years rather than me!

Roger

Mine is a later 2000 model X as I have the revised brake setup in the rear.

I bought mine new and have the sticker for it as well. $46K & change. Been upside down on that loan the second after it hit the pavement outside the dealer's lot!!

LOL-funny this thread is up, the wife and I are also looking into trading my 2000 on a newer model, but I have mine sitting just right, and the sticker in the glovebox when we bought it used in Feb of 03 was 46400, and I paid just over 23 for mine. But I now have 95K on mine and want to re-finance but Im off by 1000 on what my bank will give me and what I owe...so we will see. I really want to keep my payment around 430 or so, but upgrade to a 03 4x4 with a diesel!!

Congrats on the new ride Johnboy!!
