The story

Truck was special ordered in 1969 with a fifth wheel and only used to pull a camper from Pa. to Fla.in the fall and back to Pa. in the spring.
It was put in storage in 1981 and remained there until the owner passed away in 2006.
I saw an add in the paper describing this truck while looking for something to haul stuff.
I could not believe what great shape it was in and bought it on the spot.
All sheet metal is original. the cab mounts were not rusted out,it still had the factory undercoating intact.
I just had to do something special with it.
Sarge's working days are over.
He only leaves his house (garage) to go to car shows (He has won several top trophies even beating a truck that won the Carlilse Ford Nationals) and the occasional cruise.
He has never and will never been driven in snow and salt conditions. — willw
