1992 Ford Bronco - junk dana 44 from a jeep. decided i should practise this once before i do my samari front axle.

1992 Ford Bronco - oops, parts are falling off. Grind it down till the weld is almost all of the knuckle and even with the tube, be carefull not to go to far.

1992 Ford Bronco - once you grind some, smack it good, but not super hard with the sledge till you see a crack appear. once you see a crack when it seperates…

1992 Ford Bronco - put it back on at any caster angle you want. sand the outside of the tube and inside of the knuckle and then slid eit back on and adjust.
