1996 Mercury Grand Marquis

The story

Car was bought from its second owner in October, 2008. It was in one accident in which the bumpers were damaged. The rest of the body is nearly flawless, with only one or two rock chips. The undercarriage still has all paint/chalk marks from the factory and even carries the spring stickers. I replaced the intake manifold after it ruptured 2 days after I acquired the car. The interior was puzzling due to the fact that the driver's seat was very poorly re-dyed and has two cigarette burns. I used Kleen Strip to take off the dye and the leather looks nearly new other than the burns. The rest of the interior looks practically new. — jwzg
