The story
Car is California Highway Patrol (Sacramento area). A friend bought it and spent nearly $11,000 fixing every little detail that was not right. I then had the pleasure of buying it from him. She is used as a daily driver and for Fire responce in the Sacramento and San Joaquin rivers delta area. The following has been added:
