The story
I am the original owner, I bought her brand new off the showroom floor. My wife of 30 years, and I met because of this car, at the time, she had a black and gold Cobra II, mine was white with blue stripes. We eventually sold hers after starting a family, -a real pain in the butt getting kids in and out of the back seat. I ended up keeping mine all these years.My II used to be a good from afar but far from good car (as rust never sleeps) and at times I thought about selling her, but obviously never did. About 2004 I started putting money back into her. First the paint job, and little by little the motor. I'm glad to say that after 30+ years, I still have both.....My Cobra II, and my wife. — giddyupv8
