“The 'Stang”1972 Ford Mustang

Parked in 1981, this is how the Mustang looked after we uncovered it from years of junk piled on top! Owner Trunk deck lid and rear quarters are solid. Just a little minor rust on the trunk lid edges and above the right tail light. Owner Front fenders are in bad shape. The driver's side is beyond repair. This car is not a Grande but it came with a vinyl roof and both front a… Owner The inside of the trunk looks good. No holes what so ever. Owner Another view of the inside of the trunk. Owner The engine is a 1v 250cid inline 6 cylinder. Overall, the engine bay is in decent shape but it does need a rad support and a good detailing. Owner he grille is in mint condition but the driver's side rad support needs replaced. The battery box is also rusted beyond repair. Owner The front bumper is salvageable but it will be replaced since new ones are readily available. We may have to rechrome he front guards thoug… Owner This is the worst part of the car...the vinyl roof was like a sponge and allowed water to rust through the roof metal. Luckily, the interio… Owner Right side...nice and straight. No significant rust anywhere on the main body or floor pans. The fenders took most of Mother Nature's furry. Owner This car also came equipped with body color matched racing mirrors. Owner Original air cleaner still has the 250cid decal intact. Owner The interior is in near mint condition with the exception of the dash pad. Owner Door panels are in perfec condition, just in need of a good cleaning. We have new window cranks ready to replace the the old worn knob hand… Owner The seats are in mint condition. No rips or tears anywhere. This is original vinyl! Owner 30,314 original miles. This car stil has the original tires on it! (Although they are worn and dry rotted!)
