“SHO”1990 Ford Taurus

The story

This is my first ever project car. I sanded it down, did the body work and repainted it HOK Black Pearl. I totally went through the suspension and drivetrain and was very proud of it for a couple of months. It was very snappy on the throttle and looked pretty sharp from a few feet away. Unfortunately, it was my first paintjob and I didn't have a clue what I was doing (not that I really do now, but I know a little more). There are a few spots already beginning to rust at the bottom of the rear fenders and you can see some flaws in the body and paint work when you get up close. The car also has a wicked electrical gremlin somewhere and it is frying the ECU and slowly thrashing the motor. Since I am trying to buy parts for my turbo project, this moneypit probably won't be around much longer. — Munkee
