1992 Ford F-150 - First, take off all 6 nuts holding the spindle on the knuckle. This one didnt want to come off. 1992 Ford F-150 - Then tap the spindle with a mallet and it will come off, leaving you with the shaft in the knuckle. 1992 Ford F-150 - On the passenger side shaft, remove the Keystone clamp in the slip joint boot. 1992 Ford F-150 - Then the axle shaft will pull out and you will be left with the empty knuckle. 1992 Ford F-150 - Passnger side axle shaft 1992 Ford F-150 - U-joint was toast. 1992 Ford F-150 - Best pic I have of the spindle bearings still in the spindle.
