The Fox Body Mustang showed up everywhere from drag strips to driveways, and the builds here prove it — a black '88 lined up at the track, a white coupe rocking an aftermarket hood on a quiet residential street, and a yellow coupe with classic rear window louvers catching the sun. The story
I bought the car in '93 I was the third owner, and the car had taken a beating, being used as a road-racer and then a stint at the Diggs, I reveived her only to road racer her again. She took to the Oval at Charlotte Motor speedway for the Mustang 30th Anniversary Celebration in '94. After going a way to school and several bad incidents later on and off track, the car was parked at a friends house. It sat there for almost 5 years while I drove a host of other cars. I finally towed her home in '03 and have gone through her end to end. I have put 15,000 miles on her and have used her as a daily driver. — Steven Maltby
