The 1992 Ford F-350 wore the ninth-generation front sheetmetal and updated interior, the styling now known simply as OBS, for old body style. The 7.3L IDI diesel remained naturally aspirated this year, with the 4.9L inline-six, 5.8L, and 7.5L V8s on the gas side. Regular cab, SuperCab, and crew cab bodies were offered, up to the dual-rear-wheel crew cab dually.
