1970 Lincoln Continental Specs & Photos
The 1970 Lincoln Continental was all new, trading the unibody construction Lincoln had used since 1958 for a body-on-frame design on a 127 inch wheelbase. Conventional front-hinged doors replaced the rear-hinged setup, and concealed headlamps marked the new front end. The 460 cubic inch V8, rated 365 gross horsepower, was standard.
