These are pages from a British officer's personal photo album from his time in the Mediterranean Sea during World War 1. Most of them appear to have been taken in early 1915 during the height of the Dardanelles Campaign, including some on the Anzac beach near Gallipoli.

This photo was loose in the album. Handwritten on the back:
"This was done at Symerna."
Since "Smyrna" is misspelled, I assume it was written by a younger relative much later.

I'll probably upload some higher-resolution reconstructed versions of the individual photos later.
